Withdrawal right for consumers in distance contracts for digital content

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us ARTR Uferstr. 3 48529 Nordhorn Email: [email protected] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Early expiry for digital content
The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, you confirmed knowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal by that consent when performance begins, and we have provided a confirmation pursuant to section 312f of the German Civil Code (BGB). YourWedding.pics provides the album immediately after activation (including a 100% discounted package). We therefore collect your express consent and knowledge confirmation via a required field before every paid order (Keepsake, Heirloom, Extra year).
